Vergokan NV

Founded in 1988 as an independent company within the Group, Vergokan manufactures and markets standard and tailormade solutions in the field of cable support systems for electric installations. The only manufacturer of such products in Belgium, Vergokan is also the market leader here. The company exports worldwide its products, especially to both Western and Eastern Europe, as well as Russia and the Middle-  East.  

OOO Vergokan

To better serve a fast-growing export business, Vergokan opened a Representative Office for the Russian market in August 2006. From autumn 2007 onwards, the office serves as Vergokan’s Sales Office in Russia. To further support the business of Vergokan in Russia, the company established warehouse facilities in Redkino, located in Tverskaya Oblast. The warehouse offers the customers much faster and local product availability. It will handle most domestic sales in the shortest possible time.

I In 2010 the Russian VERGOKAN’s subsidiary started production of steel cable support systems. The Russian plant is equipped according to modern standards. Only steel that is delivered from Europe is used as basic material. Belgian technical experts are always present at the plant, controlling the quality of the end product and its compliance with high requirements imposed on VERGOKAN cable support systems.

Vergo Galva

Vergo Galva takes care of all Vergokan’s hot dip galvanized products. It can be considered as one of the few galvanization plants in Europe with this high level of know-how in the field of galvanization of cable support systems. The dimensions of the zinc / galvanizing bath dimensions are :  7 m x 1,5 m x 2,5 m. All products are galvanized according the standard EN ISO 1461.

Vergo Coating

Vergo Coating, located in Moeskroen, houses a modern, high capacity powder coating line with an automated production process. Pre-treatment, which is offered as a standard, meets the strictest requirements. After the drying cycle, the metals are painted in the powder spray booths. The final step is the curing of the powder coat in a polymerization oven, giving the coat a smooth surface without pores. Vergo Coating can handle galvanized steel parts with maximum dimensions of 15 m x 3 m x 1 m.

Grada

In 2008, the Vergokan Group took over Grada International, based in Lokeren (Belgium). Grada International holds a leading position in the niche of steel and aluminum grilles, ceiling ornaments, vents and accessories for air conditioning installations for the non-residential market. The company operates a sales office and factory at its headquarters in Lokeren and a sales office in Gennevilliers (France). Grada International is supported by a strong international distribution network in Europe, and is well known for its advanced production processes and engineering.
