Vergokan cable support systems with fire resistance: reliable and installation-friendly solutions

If a fire breaks out, the safety of people can only be guaranteed if all the necessary safety installations continue to function. The Vergokan cable support systems with fire resistance retain their load-bearing function in the event of fire and thus contribute to the continued functioning of smoke extraction systems, ventilation, alarm systems, safety lighting, etc.

Vergokan presents you with systems that have passed the severe tests E30-E60-E90, consisting of standard and non-standard supporting structures. Our products are certified in accordance with DIN 4102 - 12. 

Fast assembly

Our systems are easy to install and are very user-friendly. For example, there is the clickable cable tray KBSCL in combination with the inner tray bracket BG which is fixed with a threaded rod TIM10. 
This solution can be used for 1 level with 1 cable tray and has a maximum cable load of 7.5 kg/m and maximum support distance of 1500 mm. 
The material thickness is 0.75 mm. The width can go up to 200 mm. Cable pulling is much faster here.

Vertical cable installation

For a vertical riser route in fire resistance, Vergokan has the Datwyler.WUM in its range. The laying of zigzagging sections of cable is no longer necessary thanks to the WUM. The WUM provides installation support and is used with the DR15.30 carrier profile and HDH1 cable clamps. 

The WUM is placed, at intervals of up to 3.5 m, over the bracket clamp that secures the cable to the C-profile rail. Mounting is done by means of sliding nuts and screw rods on the support profile. The cavity is filled with mineral wool. The cable entry and the back of the WUM are sealed with fire resistant filler.
