Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a Key Account EU Sales Manager to drive the commercial development of our key accounts cross-country Europe. This role is essential in strengthening long-term customer relationships and international strategic projects, in close collaboration with our Customer Service team and across the various brands of the Atkore Group.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in key account management, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a strong commercial mindset. You are passionate about customer success and thrive in a dynamic international environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow the customer and distributor base for key accounts across Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the development of complex or large-scale projects with different stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer visits and organize client meetings.
  • Follow up on quotations and actively prospect for new projects with existing and potential key accounts.
  • Participate in trade fairs in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights with the sales team.
  • Prepare sales budgets in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Manage net price lists and calculate RFK net prices for customers.
  • Approve project discounts within agreed levels.

What you’ll bring:

  • Technical Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar commercial role.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Within 3 months, you’ll:

  • Understand our key account strategy and customer landscape.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients.
  • Contribute to ongoing project development and sales activities.

Within 6 months, you’ll:

  • Take ownership of strategic key accounts and related projects.
  • Actively contribute to trade fairs and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve customer experience.

Within 12 months, you’ll:

  • Lead complex sales projects independently.
  • Drive growth in key accounts through strategic planning and execution.
  • Be a key contributor to Atkore’s commercial success in Europe.
